AD* | It may be October but with the festive season getting longer every year and the nights really beginning to draw in, now is the perfect time to start with my content for Christmas 2018! With just over two months left until the big day, I'm treating myself to a delicious seasonal food hamper to kick off the festive season here on The Writing Greyhound!

Last year, the lovely people at Prestige Hampers invited me to review a wonderful hamper full of festive treats. I'm thrilled to announce that I have partnered with Prestige Hampers once again this Christmas!

As before, I had absolutely no problems communicating with the Prestige team. Throughout the process, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had as positive an experience as possible with the brand. Initially, I was sent a hamper containing cheese but as no one was in to collect the parcel, it was sent back to the delivery office where it sat for several days before I could pick it up. Obviously not wanting to eat cheese that had been sitting unrefrigerated for so long, I contacted Prestige and was kindly offered a new hamper, which was duly received and enjoyed! In my opinion, that tireless attitude to outstanding customer service really does set Prestige Hampers apart from the rest.

This year, I was sent the Deli & Co Cheese Box to taste test and review. Containing a selection of cheeses, chutneys and luxury oatcakes, this hamper would make the perfect way to round off Christmas Day. Featuring well-known brands such as Tiptree, the hamper also introduced me to new foodie brands that I had never tried out before. I am a big fan of oatcakes so unsurprisingly, the Perthshire Oatcakes were a definite personal favourite!

The packaging was high-quality and all the products were securely stored to guarantee a safe passage when in transit. The box itself is also a charming addition to the hamper as a whole. Made from wood, it is a lovely sustainable way to increase storage within your home well into the New Year!

Prestige Hampers are stocking a wide range of festive hampers this Christmas, ranging from classic favourites to luxury hampers that could feed the whole family. Check out the full range here: https://www.prestigehampers.co.uk/christmas-hampers
